In meeting the integration needs of our diverse customers, Seattle Aero has developed very effective strategies to launch major programs in record times with high levels of quality, reliability and cost competitiveness.

Seattle Aero's proprietary system allows us to maintain total control of our product flow, traceability and kit integrity. Combined with our AS9100 Quality Management System, this system tracks revision control, lead times and deliveries, product expiry dates, inventories, kit building and BOM verification and shipping.

Our process starts by participating in the design phase, followed by competitive sourcing of every single component in the kit, procurement, vendor management, first lot tracking, first article and conformity inspections, receiving inspection, kitting and BOM verification, warehousing and JIT shipment to the installation site.

We bring the full intensity of our people, systems and experience to bear on providing seamless, cost effective, quality solutions to our customers' integration and kitting needs.
