From our involvement in initial design through supply chain development, sourcing and delivery, our lean kitted solutions drive down product acquisition, inventory and installation costs.

As your kit integrator, we become your single point of contact for quality, cost, delivery and service.

Our Program Management expertise allows us to launch and sustain large, complex programs cost effectively through competitive sourcing across a large lean supply chain. Our proprietary kitting system allows us to deliver lean kitted solutions, consisting of thousands of parts, all organized and staged to minimize inventory handling and reduce installation cycle times.
